ShiftOS In One Week Challenge

Hey guys! I’ve decided that I’d like to do a little challenge for myself. And that is, the “ShiftOS In One Week Challenge.” Basically, I have to implement an entire working build of ShiftOS, the game I previously worked on a few years back, in a single week. I’ll do it as a video.

And, for your info, I’m going to be using:

  • C++
  • Unreal Engine 4
  • UMG
  • Absolutely no Peacenet code
  • Peacenet’s project management software to track time spent.

Note: By one week, I mean continuous coding. So, breaks aren’t counted.

So, stay tuned for that. I’ll try to get these things implemented:

  • shiftorium
  • some way to earn codepoints (not Pong.)
  • save system
  • skinning
  • window management
  • desktop UI
